Ravioli caprese et pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 container of OSM Pesto
  • 2 packs of OSM Ravioli Caprese
  • 1/2 cup of sliced smoked prosciutto cut into strips, then diced
  • 1 tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup of pine nuts toasted
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Basil leaves
  • Fresh black pepper

Preparation

  • Heat a pan on medium heat. Toast pine nuts. Stir nuts around every 20 – 30 seconds until toasted. Reserve
  • Fry the smoked prosciutto until it is slightly crispy. Reserve
  • Pour the pesto sauce into the pan and turn off the heat.
  • Cook ravioli in boiling water for 5 minutes. Carefully remove the ravioli with a slotted spoon and place in the pan with the pesto. Gently stir until mixed
  • Plate and top it with the smoked prosciutto, diced tomatoes, pine nuts, Parmesan, a few twists of the pepper mill, and garnish with a chiffonade of basil
