Meet Alfredo

Chef Alfredo Napolitano, President of Les Aliments O'Sole Mio, is first and foremost THE executive chef of the company.

After attending culinary school in Quebec, winning the Dairy Bureau of Canada (now Dairy Farmers of Canada) competition and working as an apprentice at the Château Champlain in Montreal, Chef Alfredo Alfredo went to hone culinary skills under the top chefs chefs of Italy and Switzerland.

O'Sole Mio is a family business whose objective is to always provide our customers fresh and tasty products inspired by our Italian heritage. Our mission is to simplify the daily routine by creating products that are ready-to-serve at your table and taste great!  That's why Chef Alfredo selects the source of all his ingredients himself and always develops his recipes without any additives or preservatives.

In fact, Alfredo Napolitano has accomplished quite a real feat since he's one of the few entrepreneurs to offer ready-to-serve products created and manufactured in Quebec and using 100% fresh ingredients!
