Ingredients

  • 2 OSM Alfredo 500ml
  • 1 OSM Lasagna
  • 1 1/2 cup of matane shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cups of crab meat or simulated crab
  • 1 1/2 cups of baby clams with the juice
  • 1 cup of onions diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 1/2 cup of chopped parsley
  • 2 cup of shredded mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup of pamesan

Preparation

  • Heat a pot on medium heat. Add 2 TBS of olive oil. Add the onions and cook for about 2 minutes or until the soften slightly. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds
  • Add the seafood and the liquid from the seafood to the pot and cook until the liquid is almost gone. Add the wine and reduce until it is almost gone. Add the OSM Alfredo sauce and parsley and heat until it starts to bubble. Cool the
  • sauce until it is cool enough to handle or about room temperature.
  • In a large casserole dish, start to assemble the lasagna. Place 1 1/2 cups of sauce in the tray.
  • Place a lasagna noodle on top of the sauce. Place 3/4 of a cup of sauce on top of the noodle and spread with the back of a table spoon until the sauce reaches the edges of the pasta. Sprinkle about a TBS of parmesan. Repeat this until
  • there is 1 noodle left. Pour the balance of sauce (about 2 cups) on top of the last lasagna noodle and cover with the mozzarella
  • Cover the lasagna with foil and place in a pre heated 375F oven. Bake for one hour. Remove the foil carefully to avoid getting burned by the steam. Bake for another 30 minutes until the cheese on top is a golden brown
  • Remove the lasagna from the oven and cover it with the foil. Let it rest for 20 minutes before cutting it
