Italian tomato, Beef, Pork, Water, Red wine, Onion, Modified corn starch, Celery, Carrot, Salt, Extra virgin olive oil, Sugar, Spices, Herbs, Garlic.

Préparation
Thawing step : Defrost sealed bag in refrigerator between 2-4 °C (36-39 °F) a minimum of 24 hours before use . Do not overlap bags. Once thawed, and kept below 4° Celsius in the sealed bag, the sauce will have 45 days shelf-life . Further freezing/thawing cycles are not suggested Stove top: Pour the thawed sauce into a saucepan stirring at low heat until temperature reaches 72°C. Microwave: Microwave the thawed sauce until the sauce reaches 72°C. Heating times may vary between microwave ovens.*Once the sauce bag has been open the residual product inside can only stand 3 days in a fridge between 2-4°C (36-39 °F).
