cheese  Tortellini

Ingredients

  • 1 package of O Sole Mio 4 Cheese Tortellini (9 oz)
  • 1.5 L (6 cups) of unsalted chicken broth
  • 4 cups of baby spinach
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) finely chopped fresh dill
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Pour the broth into a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.
  2. Add the tortellini to the broth and cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Add the spinach and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the dill, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
