Butternut squash Jumbo Ravioli
Butternut squash and sweet potato come together to create a vibrant, golden-orange filling. Their natural sweetness is balanced with cream cheese and perfectly blended seasonings. Everything is wrapped in our signature pasta—tender, delicate, and made to showcase every bite.
- Bring 3 qt of water to a boil.
- Add pasta, stir gently, allow water to return to a gentle boil, and cook* for 4 minutes. If frozen, do not thaw; cook for 1 minute more.
- Drain and serve immediately with your favourite O Sole Mio sauce.
*Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
