Italian  sausage  Tortelloni

Arrabbiata  Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of O Sole Mio Italian Sausage Tortelloni (255 g) or 1 package of 567g
  • 2 containers of O Sole Mio Arrabbiata Sauce (300ml each)
  • Parmesan
  • Basil leaves

Preparation

  1. Place the tortelloni in boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the sauce in a large saucepan.
  3. Remove the tortellini with a slotted spoon and add them to the hot sauce.
  4. Stir until the pasta is fully coated.
  5. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan and basil leaves.
