Portobello & cheese Jumbo Ravioli

These mushroom ravioli make a bold flavour statement! Mushroom-infused ribbons in the pasta add an extra layer of flavour to a filling made with portobello mushrooms and a blend of Italian cheeses. The result is a rich, earthy, deeply savoury taste that only mushrooms can deliver.

Print this sheet

Skillet:
1. Bring water to a rolling boil (2–6 liters depending on quantity), add 1 teaspoon of salt (optional).
2. Add desired amount of frozen pasta to boiling water. Wait until water returns to a rolling boil and cook for 30 seconds.
3. Drain and toss pasta in skillet with preheated O Sole Mio sauce. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes, until reaching internal temperature of 162°F (72°C). Add favourite toppings as desired (parmesan, basil, chili, etc.).
Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place 500 g of frozen pasta in baking dish, cover with favourite O Sole Mio sauce or toppings, sprinkle with cheese of choice, and bake for 26 to 30 minutes, until internal temperature of 162°F (72°C) is reached.
Microwave:
1. Place 170 g to 215 g of frozen pasta in microwave-safe bowl, add favourite O Sole Mio sauce or toppings, ensuring pasta is fully covered with sauce.
2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, mix carefully as product will be hot, and cook for 3 more minutes, until internal temperature of 162°F (72°C) is reached.
*Heating time may vary between ovens.
Durum wheat semolina, Water, Portobello mushroom, Liquid whole egg, Toasted wheat crumbs, Ricotta cheese (whey, milk, salt, citric acid), Button mushrooms, Canola oil, Butter (cream, salt), Onion, Sugars (brown sugar, caramelized sugar syrup), Caramel colour (contains maltodextrin), Salt, Madeira wine, Garlic, Spices.

Serving Suggestions

With creamy sauces: serve with Alfredo or rosée to highlight portobello’s earthy notes.
With rich tomato sauce: excellent with slightly reduced Napoletana for balance.
With proteins: add grilled chicken, pancetta, or crumbled sausage for a heartier dish.
Vegetarian option: pair with roasted vegetables and finish with fresh herbs.
