Cheese Ravioli

Our classic cheese ravioli are filled with creamy ricotta and soft, stretchy mozzarella. This generous filling is wrapped in tender egg pasta made with Canadian semolina and cut into traditional squares. Pre-cooked and individually quick-frozen, they go straight from the freezer to the pot and are ready in just minutes.

Skillet:
1. Bring water to a rolling boil (2–6 liters depending on quantity), add 1 teaspoon of salt (optional).
2. Add desired amount of frozen pasta to boiling water. Wait until water returns to a rolling boil and cook for 30 seconds.
3. Drain and toss pasta in skillet with preheated O Sole Mio sauce. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes, until reaching internal temperature of 162°F (72°C). Add favourite toppings as desired (parmesan, basil, chili, etc.).
Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place 500 g of frozen pasta in baking dish, cover with favourite O Sole Mio sauce or toppings, sprinkle with cheese of choice, and bake for 26 to 30 minutes, until internal temperature of 162°F (72°C) is reached.
Microwave:
1. Place 170 g to 215 g of frozen pasta in microwave-safe bowl, add favourite O Sole Mio sauce or toppings, ensuring pasta is fully covered with sauce.
2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, mix carefully as product will be hot, and cook for 3 more minutes, until internal temperature of 162°F (72°C) is reached.
*Heating time may vary between ovens.
Durum wheat semolina, Ricotta cheese (whey, milk, bacterial culture, salt, citric acid), Water, Liquid whole egg, Toasted wheat crumbs, Canola oil, Part skim mozzarella cheese (part skim milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme), Parmesan cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, lipase, microbial enzyme), Romano cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme, lipase), Salt, Spices, Herbs.

Serving Suggestions

Sauce option: serve with Napoletana, rosée, or Alfredo sauce.
With pesto: toss with basil pesto (plus a splash of cooking water) for a fresh, aromatic option.
Baked / au gratin: top with sauce, add mozzarella/parmesan, and bake.
In a meal soup: add at the end of cooking to a tomato-vegetable soup for a quick meal.
