Butternut squash Jumbo Ravioli

Butternut squash and sweet potato come together in a vibrant, golden-orange filling. The natural sweetness of this delectable combination is balanced with cream cheese and just the right amount of seasoning. Butternut-infused ribbons in the pasta add extra depth of flavour and striking visual appeal to our signature melt-in-your-mouth pasta.

Print this sheet

Skillet:
1. Bring water to a rolling boil (2–6 liters depending on quantity), add 1 teaspoon of salt (optional).
2. Add desired amount of frozen pasta to boiling water. Wait until water returns to a rolling boil and cook for 30 seconds.
3. Drain and toss pasta in skillet with preheated O Sole Mio sauce. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes, until reaching internal temperature of 162°F (72°C). Add favourite toppings as desired (parmesan, basil, chili, etc.).
Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place 500 g of frozen pasta in baking dish, cover with favourite O Sole Mio sauce or toppings, sprinkle with cheese of choice, and bake for 26 to 30 minutes, until internal temperature of 162°F (72°C) is reached.
Microwave:
1. Place 170 g to 215 g of frozen pasta in microwave-safe bowl, add favourite O Sole Mio sauce or toppings, ensuring pasta is fully covered with sauce.
2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, mix carefully as product will be hot, and cook for 3 more minutes, until internal temperature of 162°F (72°C) is reached.
*Heating time may vary between ovens.

Serving Suggestions

With gentle sauces: serve with rosée or Alfredo to complement the squash’s sweetness.
Brown-butter finish: brown butter, sage, and a touch of cheese for a simple premium option.
With proteins: great with roast chicken, pancetta, or crumbled sausage for a heartier plate.
Vegetarian option: add spinach, mushrooms, or roasted vegetables, finished with fresh herbs.
