Made with fresh potatoes, our classic frozen gnocchi are at their best when simply boiled. Tender and light in just a few minutes, ready to soak up your favourite sauce.
Their mild, authentic flavour brings to mind traditional Italian recipes, where simple ingredients make all the difference. Serve them the classic way—with a rich tomato sauce, a creamy sauce, or fragrant butter—for a comforting, satisfying dish everyone will love.

  • Pan-Frying (for a crispier texture):

      1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
      2. Add the gnocchi to the skillet.
      3. Cook* on high heat, stirring frequently for about 7 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides. Add 1 minute for crispier texture.
      4. Remove from heat and serve.

    Boiling (for a softer bite):

      1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
      2. Carefully add the gnocchi to the boiling water.
      3. Once the gnocchi are floating to the surface, cook for 1½ minutes more. Drain thoroughly.
      4. Serve with your favourite sauce, or simply with a sprinkle of salt and some grated cheese.

    *Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
