  • Pan-Frying (for a crispier texture):

    1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
    2. Add the gnocchi to the skillet.
    3. Cook* on high heat, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides. Add 1 minute for crispier texture.
    4. Remove from heat and serve.
      *Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

    Boiling (for a softer bite):

    1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    2. Carefully add the gnocchi to the boiling water.
    3. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the gnocchi float to the surface. Drain thoroughly.
    4. Serve with your favourite sauce, or simply with a sprinkle of salt and some grated cheese.
