Our frozen 4-cheese tortellini are the ultimate comfort food: rich, satisfying and inspired by authentic Italian tradition. Made with premium durum wheat semolina, tender pasta envelops a generous blend of four smooth, flavourful cheeses, including Parmigiano Reggiano from Northern Italy. Every bite delivers cozy, creamy goodness with just the right touch of bold, savoury character.
Stove top:
- In a pot of boiling water, add frozen pasta.
- Wait until water comes back to a gentle boil. Cook* for 1½ minutes**.
- Drain and add your favourite preheated O Sole Mio sauce. Gently mix and serve.
Microwave:
- Place the frozen pasta in a microwave-safe dish.
- Pour your favourite O Sole Mio sauce over the pasta, making sure itʼs evenly coated.
- Cook* on high for 6 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the microwave as the product will be hot, mix, and cook for 3 minutes** more.
- Let stand 1 minute before serving.
