Rainbow Tortellini with Alfredo sauce
These rainbow tortellini are generously filled with Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Romano, then coated in a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce. Keep them on hand in the freezer for an easy, delicious meal ready in minutes. Simple to prepare and full of flavour, they turn a busy weeknight dinner into a gourmet escape.
Warning:
– Cook from frozen.
– Do NOT use in toaster oven.
– Do NOT place close to oven heat element.
– Do NOT exceed 400 °F (205 °C).Conventional oven:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
- Cook* for 30 minutes**.
- Peel back film and stir. Put film back. Cook* for another 5 minutes. Stir and serve.
Microwave:
- Cook* on high power for 3 minutes**.
- Carefully peel back film and stir. Put film back.
- Cook* for another 2-3 minutes. Stir and serve
Be careful, the tray will be hot.
