- Bring 2 L of water to a soft boil; add salt if desired.
- Add pasta, reduce heat to MEDIUM, and stir gently. Do not allow water to return to a boil; cook for 4 min, then drain. If frozen, do not thaw—cook for 1 minute more.
- Serve hot with your favorite O Sole Mio sauce.
