Chicken & bacon Saccottini
These delicious saccottini are filled with a savory mix of chicken and bacon, accented with subtle notes of cheese and herbs. Their little pouch shape keeps the filling intact, while cooking produces tender pasta that perfectly showcases the rich filling. Quick to prepare, they’re ideal for any busy weeknight dinner and pair beautifully with the sauce of your choice.
- Bring 2 L of water to a boil.
- Add pasta, stir gently, allow water to return to a gentle boil, and cook* for 4 minutes. If frozen, do not thaw; cook for 1 minute more.
- Drain and serve immediately with your favourite O Sole Mio sauce.
*Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165 °F (74 °C).
