Cheese & spinach Cannelloni
Inspired by Italian classics, these cannelloni are filled with a creamy blend of cheeses and spinach. They pair perfectly with a velvety pink sauce made from Italian tomatoes and cream. A generous, comforting dish that brings the taste of Italy right to your home.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Cover the bottom of an ovenproof dish with some of your favourite O Sole Mio sauce (600 mL), place 10 cannellonis on top and cover with the remaining sauce.
- Top with Mozzarella and/or Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 165°F (74°C) at the center of the product.
If using an aluminum pan, the cooking time will increase considerably. Cooking time may vary depending on your oven and the number of cannellonis you cook.

Pasta: Durum wheat semolina, Water, Liquid whole egg.
