Beef Tortellini
These tortellini are filled with a generous portion of well-seasoned braised beef, enhanced with red wine, fine herbs and a touch of garlic. When cooked, the delicate pasta highlights the tender, melt-in-your-mouth beef filling for a result that’s both authentic and indulgent. Perfectly shaped and ready in just minutes, they pair beautifully with your favourite sauce.
- Bring 2 L of water to a boil.
- Add pasta, stir gently, allow water to return to a gentle boil, and cook* for 4 minutes. If frozen, do not thaw; cook for 1 minute more.
- Drain and serve immediately with your favourite O Sole Mio sauce.
*Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165 °F (74 °C).
